He started his career in management consulting, working with Fortune 100 companies on international growth and innovation. A graduate of Haverford College and born and raised on the east coast, he's now proud to call Santa Monica home.

Leanne Perice, founder, Music Brand Agency: Leanne focuses on sourcing digital brand deals for her clients and building brand partnerships across all mediums for them. As a pioneer in the space, Leanne has brokered millions of dollars in deals for product placement and integrated branding campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and branded entertainment channels. She works with the top agencies and brands in the world in verticals ranging from beauty/lifestyle to consumer products. As digital spending grows and new platforms emerge, Leanne continues to be on the forefront of creating and structuring deals for her clients on the platforms that matter the most to millennials and brands.

Jake Katz is SVP of Strategy & Insights for Trailer Park. In this role, Jake’s team works with clients to help them understand the evolving culture and context of their target audience, and innovate best practices in how content goes to market. Jake began his career in Insights Innovation at MTV. He then served as Director of Trends for NBCUniversal and GM of Millennail & Gen Z market research firm, Ypulse. Prior to joining Trailer Park, Jake helped launch, position and grow Sean “Diddy” Combs’ REVOLT TV as head of Audience & Strategy.

James Norell, VP of Social Video Strategy, is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience working with brand and media companies. He has spent the last 6 years helping to build Video Labs at Fullscreen, which now manages 400+ channels for over 90 clients. During that time he has directly overseen the YouTube distribution and monetization strategies of many fortune 500 brands including Ford, Amazon, HP, NBCU, and Netflix.

George (AKA MADDOX) is a best selling author, satirist, and online personality. His YouTube videos receive millions of views, and his podcasts are consistently in the iTunes top 10, also with millions of downloads. But beyond these, he is one of the most strategic and brilliant people I know. He studies the various platforms and understands the new brand ecosystem better than almost anyone. He’s a wealth of information, and gives practical, specific advice. When I was working with the Industry Workshops at the CBS Lot, we brought on MADDOX as a lecturer on several occasions. His sessions were always informative, approachable, and popular. Sometimes, his fans would show up with cookies.
