Sybil Grieb, US Head of Influencer Marketing at Edelman: Edelman is the largest privately owned Communications Marketing Firm in the world, with 65 offices around the globe. Drawing on over 12 years of experience as a digital media executive, Sybil serves as Head of Influencer Strategy and Programming at Edelman. She oversees the influencer teams, creating top quality integrated influencer programs for clients, leveraging all tiers of talent, from micro-influencers to top-tier creators, and has built collaborations across teams to amplify influencer content across owned, earned and paid media. Prior to joining Edelman, Sybil was Head of Digital Influencer and Brand Integrations at William Morris Endeavor, creating custom campaigns for brands and agencies across social media. Sybil launched her digital career at ZAM Network (now Tencent) from 2005-2010 where she built and ran both the Ad Sales and Ad

Operations teams, increasing advertising revenue 400% globally. At OTTER Media’s Crunchyroll Network, she was Head of Ad Sales and Ad Operations, more than doubling direct sales revenue in her tenure. Her clients have included Starbucks, Barilla, Kellogg’s, Activision Blizzard, NBC, Lionsgate, Dell, AMD, Square Enix, Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation, Nickelodeon, and many more.

 

Anne-Marie O’Neill is the chief operating officer at Whalerock Industries, a next generation production company and leader in digital media innovation that creates, produces and distributes brand and premium content across the media landscape. As chief operating officer, Anne-Marie oversees content strategy, brand development and business solutions for the official apps of the Kardashian and Jenner women, Golf Media by Tyler, The Creator, Adam Savage’s TESTED, Wonderwall, Purple Clover, Mom.me and emoji keyboards for Kim Kardashian West, (KIMOJI), the Los Angeles Lakers, (Showtime! Stickers), Ellen DeGeneres (Emoji Exploji) and the NFL Players Association (Any Given Emoji). She joined Whalerock Industries in 2012 to launch Mom.me, a popular parenting and lifestyle online brand that offers parenting news, real-world advice, delicious recipes, ideas for living beautifully, and more. Before launching mom.me and serving as its lead editor, she was deputy editor of Real Simple magazine. Prior to Real Simple, Anne-Marie was a senior editor at People magazine, where she crafted and contributed countless cover stories for America’s most popular weekly. Anne-Marie was recruited from her native Australia to work at People, after spending two years as a writer for Time magazine in Sydney. She started her career at News Corp. in Australia, where she was a national correspondent for all of Rupert Murdoch’s seven metropolitan daily newspapers. Anne-Marie has appeared frequently on national television, including “Today”, “The View”, “Entertainment Tonight”, “Access Hollywood” and CNN, among others.

 

YiZhou: Influencer, Director & Founder Global Intuition: Chinese multimedia artist, influencer and entrepreneur Yi Zhou is widely known in the international creative community for her artistic, fashion, branding  and film work.  Her work is admired by a highly diverse group  of distinguished intellectuals, Hollywood A-listers, wealthy patrons and the young social media audience. In recent years, Yi Zhou has endorsed a number of global campaigns including Persol, DFST – Galleria, Levis, and others. She was named the first ever brand ambassador for China for Clarins in 2010. Since 2011, she has collaborated with such prestigious brands as Chanel, Hogan, Pringle of Scotland, Lane Crawford and YOOX. She also collaborated with French couture Jewelry house Gripoix, launching a special collection titled “Pineapple Secret.  Her animations have also inspired a clothing collection by popular French brand Each X Other. In 2013, she was invited as the first ever Chinese talent to be hired as a designer and creative director of a brand,  to create a 360 degree project ranging from menswear, womenswear and accessories for Italian luxury brand ICEBERG.  The “Breaking the Ice” capsule collection was released worldwide in December 2013. In 2010, she created Yi Zhou Studio, creating employment opportunities for young Chinese talent to collaborate and experiment together on international projects. A major social media influencer, Yi Zhou has been named Tudou’s art director, art and fashion advisory member at SINA.com, and beauty and fashion ambassador for Tencent A passionate promoter of East-West relations, she is frequently asked to speak at conferences and events around the globe, including TEDx (Paris 2012, Beijing 2013, Zheijang 2014), LVMH  Labour Day in Paris in 2013 and Financial Times Luxury Conference in 2014. Yi Zhou has contributed to many NGOs by creating art pieces for the UN Conference for World Climate Change in South Africa in 2011, the UNDP China Rio+20 Projection in 2012, as well as World Oceans Day in 2015. Most recently, she worked with Natalia Vodianova’s Naked Heart Foundation by participating with an artwork commissioned by ETAM. Yi Zhou ‘s short films have been shown at Shanghai Biennale, Venice Biennale, Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.  She was selected by Venice Biennale to showcase her 2011 works, as well as new works from her solo show at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome titled “Fragments of Rome, past, future, parallel worlds.” She is currently working on several international media projects and  is developing her first feature motion picture. She has a degree in politic science and economics from the London School of Economics, and is now continuing her education at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She speaks fluent French, Italian, English, Spanish and Mandarin.

 

Andrea Kinloch, SVP Business Development, FBE, Fine Brothers Entertainment: As SVP Business Development, Andrea Kinloch connects brands with FBE’s beloved video content to seamlessly edutain the masses and help brands reach the coveted 18-34 year old consumer, as well as managing licensing and new business opportunities. Andrea has worked with a diverse cross section of brands like P&G, Purina, General Mills,  20th Century Fox, Lionsgate, Activision, Nintendo, LG, Oculus, Mattel, Toys R Us, and many others, integrating their products into FBE’s weekly digital shows that reach a rapt audience that can’t skip or ad block the message but instead, eagerly press play.  Prior to FBE, she joined AOL in 2011 to manage the Heidi Klum business as GM to drive branded entertainment revenue and executive produce over 150 videos each year with the multi-faceted super model and fashion guru. Later at AOL, she was Head of Marketing and Partner Management, and oversaw the marketing, PR, social media and talent partnerships for Original video for Nicole Richie’s “Candidly Nicole,” James Franco’s “Making a Scene,” and Steve Buscemi’s “Park Bench,” among others. Prior to AOL, Ms. Kinloch served as the VP, Integrated Marketing and Brand Partnerships at Warner Brothers Records and VP Strategic Marketing at Rhino Entertainment. She was the key driver in creating new revenue, developing multi-brand partnerships, and monetizing both digital and material content.  She is recognized for her skill in deftly managing complex client relationships, has a successful track record of developing new business, has extensive licensing experience, and a proven ability to negotiate and close high profile deals.   She has had the opportunity to work with a slate of great music talent including legends, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac and Ray Charles as well as notable artists Linkin Park, Green Day, Seal, Alanis Morrisette, Madonna, Michael Buble and many others. Ms. Kinloch founded Whirl Marketing to create partnerships between talent and brands. Whirl Marketing represents some of the biggest artists, action sports athletes and IP/content including Green Day, The Goo Goo Dolls, The All American Rejects, top ranked skateboarder Sean Malto, surfer Dillon Perillo, web shows featuring chefs Anthony Bourdain and David Chang kids properties like the Power Rangers and iconic designer Paul Frank.

 

Ronit Cohn, Vice President of Creator Partnerships, Fullscreen: Throughout her career, Ronit Cohn has been at the forefront of connecting consumers, creators and content, often with digital technology playing an integral role as the centerpiece of those connections. Currently, she is the Vice President of Creator Partnerships at Fullscreen, a global leader in social-first entertainment experiences serving creators, brands and consumers. Having been fully immersed in the world of digital creators for the majority of her career, Ronit has positioned businesses at the forefront of digital technology and social media. In her current role, she brings extensive thought leadership to Fullscreen, where she works with the Creator and Brand divisions to spearhead strategy, development, marketing and partnerships for Fullscreen talent and brand partners. Prior to joining Fullscreen, Ronit managed the career of digital pioneer, Michelle Phan, and served as President of her media company. By parlaying her previous success with global celebrities, brands and pop culture icons, Ronit crafted the strategic roadmap that transitioned Phan from beauty guru into global stardom. Under Ronit’s leadership, Phan became the first YouTuber to launch her own global cosmetics line with the world’s leader in beauty, L’Oreal, star in a national Television campaign as the new face of Diet Dr. Pepper, grace the covers of Forbes and Vogue, launch an international network with television heavyweight Endemol and create a multi-million dollar beauty subscription business with Ipsy, among other accomplishments. Earlier in her career, Ronit brought her entertainment expertise to the Marketing and Advertising sector, where she led entertainment and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 brands, earning accolades for her award-winning work with clients including AT&T, Doritos and msnbc.com. Ronit quickly earned a track record in helping her client’s break boundaries and create new entertainment experiences that have never been done including live concert webcast through partnerships with the world’s biggest  festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo, the world’s first interactive cinema crowd game, which used motion sensor technology to transform moviegoers into a collective “human joystick”, the ‘Crash the Superbowl” campaign where aspiring singers and musicians competed for the chance to perform in their own music video that aired during the Superbowl. Ronit has also led strategic and brand partnerships for some of the most innovative and progressive entertainment companies at that time, like Interscope Records and Miramax Films. She got her start in the entertainment business by learning all facets of talent management working under the legendary Irving Azoff at his leading artist management company. An accomplished speaker, appearing at events such as VidCon, Women in Film, Licensing Expo and AIMP, Ronit graduated from University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

 

Spencer McClung, EVP Media, ipsy: Spencer McClung is an entrepreneur and executive in digital media and technology. He has experience in general management, strategic planning, business development, sales/marketing, financial analysis, production - operations, capital raising, M&A and change management. As EVP, Media and Partnerships at ipsy, Spencer is responsible for managing the company’s Media business, which includes ipsy’s Programming, Sales, BD, Creator Community, and live events businesses. Prior to joining ipsy as EVP, Media and Partnerships, Spencer was Chief Operating Officer at Kin Community and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Programming, Talent Network, Sales, BD, Finance, Strategic Planning, HR and Legal teams. Prior to joining Kin as COO, Spencer was head of Corporate Development and a Board Member of CERECONS, a cloud-based healthcare IT platform, acquired by HCSC in 2013. Prior to CERECONS, Spencer held leadership positions in Business Development, Advertising Sales and Finance at Yahoo, Launch Media and Disney. Spencer and his wife have two children and live in Los Angeles. Spencer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance with honors from Texas A&M University. Jennifer Perri is the Vice President of the Creator Network at Unvision. In 2015, Jen launched the Univision Creator Network, the #1 MCN for US Hispanics which now bolsters 400 million monthly video views globally. In her current role, Jen has led the charge in cross platform integration of influencers and brands within Univision. She successfully facilitated campaigns for Coca Cola, AT&T, Target and Universal that live on the Creator Network as well as Univision linear platforms including Despierta America, Nuestra Belleza Latina and Univision Deportes. Jen is an expert in YouTube network development, brand integration, audience development and influencer management. Since 2010, Jen has launched and developed networks for Seventeen Magazine (Hearst), Tastemade, Collective Digital Studios and co-founded BigFrame (acquired by Dreamworks).  She also has managed and developed some of the biggest YouTube influencers in the world including Jenna Marbles, Eva Gutowski, and SuperEEEgo. From 2007 - 2010, Jen served as Production Manager and Digital Producer for 4 seasons of the Emmy nominated and Peabody award winning documentary series, Vanguard. From 2006 – 2007, Jennifer coordinated the sourcing and acquisition of hundreds of short form web content for air on Current TV.  In 2007, Current TV won the first Emmy award for Best Interactive Television Series at the Primetime Emmy Awards. Jen earned a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco and is a San Francisco native.
