Ann Hand, CEO and Chairman, Super League Gaming: As CEO and Chairman of Super League Gaming, Ann drives the vision of the leading platform for amateur esports. Super League Gaming’s 16-city North American league along with compelling online experiences and membership programs is a unifying lifestyle destination for local, competitive gaming. Prior to Super League Gaming, Ann served as CEO of Project Frog, a venture-backed firm whose mission is to democratize environmentally conscious buildings. From 1998 through 2008, Ann served in a variety of senior executive positions with BP plc. Ann has garnered industry recognition, including “100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs” by Goldman Sachs, “Top 10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs” by Fortune, “100 Most Creative People” by Fast Company, and “40 under 40” by Advertising Age. Ann earned a BA in Economics from DePauw University and a MBA from

Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management along with executive education at Cambridge, Harvard and Stanford Universities. She has spent a significant part of her career in China and the UK, but is a proud Midwesterner at heart.

 

Jace Hall is a General Partner at Vision Esports, the special purpose investment vehicle (SPV) established by Vision Venture Partners (VVP), where he provides management oversight, strategic planning and operational guidance to the three esports companies. Apart from Vision Esports, Jace is a video game industry legend, having designed and published many successful game titles. He founded Monolith Productions in 1994, bringing such hits as TheBlood Franchise, F.E.A.R., and Condemned: Criminal Origins to market. Jace sold Monlith to Warner Brothers in 2004, becoming Executive Vice President and General Manager of Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment, where he took the company from $60m to $600m in three years with over 600 employees. Additionally, Jace helped form HDFilms, which completed over 40 different projects for feature film, scripted and unscripted TV shows and short-form webisodes with many production partners.

 

Patrick Dees, Co-Founder & VP, Gaming, Fan Controlled Football league: Patrick Dees is a serial entrepreneur and dynamic executive who has been involved with myriad successful startups over his career. Patrick co-founded Talk About Wireless in 2002, served as GM Indirect Channels of Flipswap Inc in 2008, co-founded and served as CEO of the Emerge Group in 2013, and served as General Manager and partner of the Las Vegas Outlaws in 2015, helping guide the team to a playoff berth in its inaugural season. As founder and EVP of Talk About Wireless, Patrick spearheaded the company’s growth initiatives, building operations to 48 brick-and-mortar locations, nearly 200 employees, and $17M in annual sales. Later at FlipSeaap Inc, Patrick was instrumental in securing domestic distribution as FlipSwap grew to over 100 employees and over $50M in revenue. For FANchise, Patrick is a co-founder and serves as the company’s Chief Gaming Officer, helping to bring the company’s vision for FAN Token and the Fan Controlled Football League to life!

 

Nate Loucks serves as the Head of Content Development at for Whistle Sports where he runs original content strategy. Loucks has worked with leagues such as MLS & NFL on their esports endeavors as well as esports endemics such as EA Sports & FaZe Clan.

 

Jon Bukosky, CEO, Ultimate Media Ventures: Jon Bukosky brings 20 years of experience as a brand strategist to emerging media technologies. As an influential figure in LA’s digital entertainment community, he leverages relationships with major studios, game publishers, sports leagues, record labels, talent agencies and status in The Producers Guild of America to push companies to innovate and drive revenue. Having held various executive positions at digital/mobile corporations, he has cultivated combined exits exceeding 500MM. As Associate Partner at USWeb/CKS, and overseeing Western Region Business Development operations, he underwent 4 mergers and was a part of the executive team going public on NASDAQ.  He has worked with numerous industry leaders like ABC/Disney, Apple, Warner Bros, Sony, NBC and more.
