Byron Ashley, President, Settebello Entertainment: Byron Austen Ashley is the President of Settebello Entertainment, a talent and literary management company with a production division.  Byron previously was the senior-most executive at Big Frame, AwesomenessTV’s talent management division.  Byron where he has a proven track record of helping emerging talent and online personalities to develop well-rounded careers in both traditional and emerging Hollywood ecosystems.  A producer at heart, Byron began his career producing videos with YouTube artists Dave Days and DeStorm, was nominated for an award at the 2010 Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards for his work on "Prison Boat", and recently produced the feature film “Bad Night” for GRB Entertainment / Vimeo, for which he was nominated for the Streamy Award for Best Feature. Jessica Gottlieb, Co-Founder, @WeAreMidlife: Jessica Gottlieb started her career blogging in 2006, and through a series of tragedies gained an outsized audience. By writing for other sites like the now defunct LA Moms Blog and Celsias she was able to bring that audience togther and create community.
