Heidi-Marie Ferren is an award winning writer and content creator. She has directed and written for Comedy Central Stages and is the producer, director and head writer for Defiance Theatre Company’s award winning sketch comedy series. She is a founding member of ValleHo Productions and her content has been featured on Funny or Die, YouTube and a number of streaming platforms. For six years she served United States and Allied Servicemembers and Veterans as Miss USO, performing and speaking across the globe as an ambassador and steward of gratitude. She has performed and lectured in over 1,000 venues including performances at CitiField, Nassau Coliseum, Madison Square Garden, and President Clinton’s Inauguration. As a country, jazz and gospel recording artist, Heidi’s credits include performances with Taylor Swift, Joan Jett, Patti

LaBelle, Lee Greenwood and Tony Orlando. Heidi is currently in pre- production for a major feature franchise and series slated to premiere at Cannes in 2019. She is a resident writer for two production houses in Los Angeles and a songwriter for the Roundtable. Heidi has her BFA from Southern Methodist University’s Meadows School of the Arts and her MFA from the University of Delaware’s Professional Theatre Training Program. She is currently recording her second album to be released early 2018 as well as preparing for the launch of her latest speaking series and book. Heidi also continues her work in support of service members through time, song and service as an Ambassador, Performer, and Volunteer.

 

Wendy Doulton is the Managing Partner of Katalyst Group, an executive search firm based in Los Angeles.  She has an extensive background in executive search focusing on digital media, entertainment, eCommerce, retail, mobile and related technologies and platforms.  With a focus on industry specialization over functional expertise, Wendy has conducted numerous searches for senior leaders and functional heads ranging from Technology, eCommerce, Marketing,  Analytics, Product and Digital. Past and present client companies include Google, Nike, Gap, Sony, Fox, Samsung, Westfield, Activision, Amazon, Games, Patagonia, Twitter and LivingSocial. Prior to founding The Katalyst Group, Wendy was Head of Talent Acquisition at Yahoo Media Group, and at DreamWorks SKG. As VP, Media and Entertainment, Wendy led the Los Angeles office at Cook Associates Executive Search.  Previously she lived in London where she was the European Director of the Media & Entertainment Practice at A.T. Kearney Executive Search, responsible for working with clients on a pan European basis. Born in the United States, but educated in England and France where she earned her BA in International Relations and Economics and having conducted searches on all continents, Wendy brings a truly global perspective and understanding to her work. She is fluent in French and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her composer husband, 3 sons, 2 dogs and horse. Passionate about giving back, Wendy and family support the Nature Conservancy and CoachArt.  She also aims to conduct at least one pro-bono search for charitable organizations each year.

 

Tania Yuki is the founder and CEO of Shareablee, a leading provider of social content analytics for business. She has spent most of her career in digital marketing, measurement and analytics, and was recently honored with several awards including, the SmartCEO Brava Award, Cynopsis Media Top Women in Digital Award, Direct Marketing News and Multichannel News 40 Under 40, L’Oréal Women in Digital Next Generation Award, and by Advertising Age as a 2015 Media Maven and 2016 40 Under 40. Tania began her career as a media and internet attorney, specializing in digital rights management, IP and film financing. After moving to the US from Australia she was seduced by digital and went on to run an online video content network as head of acquisitions and branding and has also led product management for comScore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video ratings service. Tania is also the founder of wimlink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and the professional development of women.'

 

Mishawn Nolan, Partner, NOLAN HEIMANN LLP: Mishawn Nolan is a founding and managing partner of Nolan Heimann LLP, a law firm that represents creatives, innovators, disruptors and influencers. Mishawn’s practice primarily focuses on protecting and leveraging creative assets, facilitating strategic relationships, and supporting entrepreneurs. Mishawn co-chairs the firm’s IP Monetization and Business Strategy practice group. She has done deals on behalf of her clients with Fox, Warner Bros., Microsoft, Showtime, Netflix, Tornante, Cartoon Network, Shopkins, HSN, and Target, to name a few. Nolan Heimann focuses on experiential entertainment, brand expansion, and intellectual property.

 

Michele Leung, Global Brand Marketing Advisor: Michele Leung brings deep expertise in digital marketing, global brand strategy, and content creation. Her work has involved developing and executing multi-level scale marketing initiatives spanning over numerous industries across multi-channel and global businesses. She began her career at The Walt Disney Company where she implemented cross-promotional and nationwide campaigns for over 55 top grossing digital apps contributing to Disney’s #1 rank across iTunes’ Kids Apps worldwide for Grossing, Paid, and Free downloads. After 3 years at The Walt Disney Company, Michele moved to San Francisco to join online dating company, Zoosk. During her time at Zoosk, she led innovative and strategic marketing campaigns that grew the user base from 20 million members to 35 million members. Her passion for brand development, growth hacking, and the online dating space led her to join Tinder, where she oversaw international content marketing.  Her focus was on identifying local brand narratives and developing end-to-end marketing plans for Tinder’s key markets; refining central brand sentiment to raise awareness and shift perception.  Michele also utilizes her fascination with the dating space by personally coaching clients looking to improve their dating approach. With a multifaceted array of expertise across channels and industries, Michele has successfully leveraged her marketing acumen to maximize brand effectiveness and profitability for businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Michele finds candor, simplicity, and compelling story-telling to be most effective when it comes to

marketing.

 

Cam Kashani is known as the "Godmother of Silicon Beach", she's an Expert Speaker with US State Department, a 3x founder, Inc. Magazine's "30 Inspirational Women in Tech", and single mom of twin boys. She's worked with 4000+ Entrepreneurs and 700+ startups and is on a mission to humanize business with a vision of a global economy that thrives on WE, not ME. Today she is on her third company, COACCEL: The Human Accelerator. A unique and powerful coaching program, that focuses on building badasses. Previously, Cam cofounded the first coworking space in Los Angeles for technology startups and entrepreneurs in 2010, Coloft, which was infamously referred to as ground-zero for the LA tech ecosystem. During her four years there, Coloft had over 1800 alumni, including Uber LA, Instacart, Fullscreen and so many more. Tess Cacciatore is an award-winning producer, videographer, journalist and social entrepreneur who has dedicated her life advocating for peace, justice and equality around the globe.Prior to joining GWEN, Cacciatore was the founder and executive director of the World Trust Foundation, an organization that mentors youth to become future leaders working for a sustainable world. Throughout the past decade Cacciatore has traveled the globe connecting youth-focused non-profit organizations, inspiring youth to learn, think and take action for positive change in their lives, in their local communities and in the global community. Cacciatore has spoken regularly at the United Nations (Geneva and New York) and other international platforms on behalf of children and the important use of media and technology to bridge the cultures of the world. She has addressed thousands of people through numerous conferences, workshops and festivals, and millions through radio and TV appearances. Media appearances include: “The Today Show,” “Prime Time with John Stossel,” “Waking Up in America,” “The Lisa Garr Show” and several cable talk shows. She has also appeared in such publications as: Family Circle, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Des Moines Register, and Parenting Magazine. Cacciatore hosted a weekly radio show called “Live Feed” to raise awareness of the FEED 333 program under the World Trust umbrella that spanned each holiday season from 2005-2008. She recently appeared in three feature films about her work (“The Millionaire Mind,” “The Peace Project,” and “Voices of Women”). Cacciatore’ s career as a producer in the entertainment and technology industries has spanned more than 20 years, and drives the global productions through GWEN. Productions and events include: Earth Day LA, Human Rights Symposiums for Youth, live-streamed broadcasts connecting world leaders at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, and fundraising programs that have served the homeless and needy globally. Cacciatore was an instrumental part of raising funds to feed 1.3 million children in 33 days through social networking and build 38 homes in Sri Lanka in answer to the 2005 tsunami. She has traveled the United States and abroad to conduct empowerment camps, workshops and mentorship curriculum, to name a few. Cacciatore has participated on many boards over the years including Women’s National Book Association (WNBA) where she held the position of vice president and interim president of the Los Angeles Chapter. She also served on the board of Offbeat Prodigies (an organization that mentors gifted children with special needs).  She is also a founding member of the Women’s Speakers Association. In 2003 Cacciatore was awarded the Fete d’ Excellence within the Sub-Commission for Human Rights at the United Nations (Geneva, Switzerland) for her work in educational entertainment.
