Gwen Miller, Vice President, Content Strategy, Kin: Gwen Miller is the VP of Content Strategy for Kin Community, a digital media and entertainment company that inspires women to discover and create the life they want. At Kin, Miller runs the social media, distribution, marketing, data, business development and talent relations teams and is tasked with creating a culture where every team member is empowered to use data-driven strategy to create digital video content that audiences love. Previously, Miller was director of audience development for ICON, a lifestyle digital joint venture between production company Endemol Shine and digital video entrepreneur Michelle Phan. At ICON, Miller was responsible for developing content strategies that

created the most satisfying experiences for existing audiences, while also increasing reach with new audiences. Other past roles for Miller include Discovery Networks, Cesar Millan, Inc., and a variety of other entertainment companies in the Los Angeles area. Miller's areas of strategic interest include management of digital video teams, content strategy, audience growth, best-practice development, data-driven analysis, and seeing how many books it's feasible to read in one year (at last count: 240).

 

Adam Goldstein, VP Business Development at ZEFR: Adam Goldstein is VP, Business Development for ZEFR, the leading video technology company & data partner to major media companies and brands on YouTube and other social media platforms, where he focuses on partnering with platforms, film studios, music labels, TV networks, sports leagues, and other content owners in the US, LATAM, and APAC. Recent partners include Universal Pictures, Hasbro Studios, and Nintendo. Previously, Adam led entertainment business development and partnerships for Ustream, the leading live video platform at the time, and was instrumental in growing Ustream's presence in Hollywood. He started his career in management consulting, working with Fortune 100 companies on international growth and innovation. A graduate of Haverford College and born and raised on the east coast, he's now proud to call Santa Monica home.

 

Kevin Grosch is the co-founder and CEO of Made In Network, a media and technology company based on Nashville. Made In works with some of the most viewed channels and video series on YouTube including CinemaSins, Binging with Babish, Marty Music, and HellthyJunkFood. Made In also has also created YouTube series and channels for major consumer brands including, GEICO, Parade Magazine, Salt Life, and Fender, among others.

 

Tom Bash is VP, Product at ChefsFeed, a San Francisco-based influencer media platform powered by experts. He oversees product, development, design, and analytics for the company's mobile, web, and OTT products—including 2017's App of the Year on Apple TV—as well as all underlying technology. Prior to this he was Director, Product Management at Exponential Interactive, a global advertising technology company, where he was responsible for all user-facing products."

 

James Norell, VP of Social Video Strategy, is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience working with brand and media companies. He has spent the last 6 years helping to build Video Labs at Fullscreen, which now manages 400+ channels for over 90 clients. During that time he has directly overseen the YouTube distribution and monetization strategies of many fortune 500 brands including Ford, Amazon, HP, NBCU, and Netflix.

 

Phil Ranta is the Head of Creators at Mobcrush. Based in Santa Monica, CA, Mobcrush is a technology and entertainment company at the epicenter of IRL live streaming, mobile gaming, and the creator-driven media revolution.
